Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

SLT Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns

At SLT Performance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All original hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included

Item must be in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is required

Refund Processing:

Orders canceled after processing may be subject to applicable restocking or processing fees.

Order Verification:

SLT Performance reserves the right to verify orders for fraud prevention purposes. Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

Example:
If your purchase was $200.00, the restocking fee will be $50.00, and your refund would be $150.00 (excluding shipping charges).

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Special order items

Custom or made-to-order products

Electrical components

Opened tuning/software products

Clearance / sale items

Installed or used parts

Fluids, chemicals, and consumables

Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly by SLT Performance

If an order is refused or undeliverable, return shipping and applicable fees will be deducted from the refund

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sltperformancehq@gmail.com with:

Order number

Photos of the item and packaging

Description of the issue

Return Authorization Required

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less the applicable 25% restocking fee.

Fitment Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchasing. Returns due to incorrect fitment may still be subject to the 25% restocking fee.
